How to prepare

  • Plan to get here 10 minutes before your first class begins

  • Let your coach know about past or current injuries or anything else that might affect your workout

  • Wear athletic clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably.

  • It's your first class, so don't feel pressured to do everything perfectly or push yourself too hard. Listen to what your body needs and take breaks if necessary.

What to Expect

  • Every session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body and mind for the workout ahead.

  • Your coach will lead you through a carefully planned program.

  • Coaches will demonstrate each move clearly, then check in with everyone individually to ensure proper form and offer modifications as needed.

  • At the end of class, you'll have the option to participate in a gentle cool-down. This helps your body recover and improves flexibility.

Post-Training Recovery

  • Spend 3 to 5 minutes performing light stretches to improve flexibility and aid muscle recovery.

  • Replenish lost fluids by drinking plenty of water.

  • Consume a balanced snack or meal rich in protein and carbohydrates to refuel your muscles and support repair
