How to prepare
Plan to get here 10 minutes before your first class begins
Let your coach know about past or current injuries or anything else that might affect your workout
Wear athletic clothing that allows you to move freely and comfortably.
It's your first class, so don't feel pressured to do everything perfectly or push yourself too hard. Listen to what your body needs and take breaks if necessary.
What to Expect
Every session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body and mind for the workout ahead.
Your coach will lead you through a carefully planned program.
Coaches will demonstrate each move clearly, then check in with everyone individually to ensure proper form and offer modifications as needed.
At the end of class, you'll have the option to participate in a gentle cool-down. This helps your body recover and improves flexibility.
Post-Training Recovery
Spend 3 to 5 minutes performing light stretches to improve flexibility and aid muscle recovery.
Replenish lost fluids by drinking plenty of water.
Consume a balanced snack or meal rich in protein and carbohydrates to refuel your muscles and support repair
